Elena Keith, a cochlear implant recipient was interviewed by Jim Mora on Radio New Zealand National Afternoons with Jim Mora programme on 16 September 2008. We thank Radio NZ for allowing us to share a transcript of the interview with you.

Elena, an Auckland mother, explains how cochlear implants work and how they have dramatically improved her life as a hearing impaired person.
